Well, I really hope for China that something changes with the weather. The smog is terrible today with only 2 days to go! For opening ceremony I will see the same as you...t.v.
Getting the ticket we bought was too hard...actually impossible. In China you learn patience & flexibility. You alone are not going to change the system. At least I am not among the many who have been scammed by bogus "official" ticket sites. Someone is getting rich.
